Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery ship your order out from our warehouse normally within 48 business hours from clearance of your payment. Upon shipment we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Your shipping rate will be calculated during checkout(calcualted by weight and your location).

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Once we receive your order, it is usually shipped based on the shipping option you have selected. Please add in this processing time for your order to the transit times shown above. If you order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, your order will ship the following business day. We do not charge our customers handling fees if not stated otherwise.

Weekend and holiday deliveries

We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. Express services do not deliver on weekends. Sorry if any inconvenience brought to you. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Signature requirement

For your security, the courier may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives.

Damaged in shipping

Sorry, we are not liable for any damage, lost or delay caused by third party shipper, such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS & any damage, lost, or delay caused by natural disaster. But once your shipment was damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Center( and we will try to help you to handle the issue asap.

Returns & Exchanges:


Upon receipt of an order, we recommend you check your items immediately and inform us of any damaged items or incorrect quantities. Any goods you believe are defective must be returned to us with 7 days of purchase in its original card and packaging. For hygiene reason we do not accept returns on any worn items.

If we agree goods are defective through faulty workmanship we will credit your account within two weeks. We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for FedEx charge, DHL charge or UPS shipping fees. Your refund will also not include shipping charges that you may incur when sending merchandise back to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


If you received a damaged item(Not damaged in shipping & transit) and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact out sales group( asap once you receive your order. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you want to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
